Role Snapshot
Two-year instructional design fellowship for early-career professionals at The College Board to develop expertise in course redesign, research, and curriculum development. Fellows contribute to AP course projects while receiving structured mentorship and professional development.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct research and draft design deliverables for AP course redesign projects, support creation of curriculum frameworks and assessment prototypes, and lead course design workstreams by year 2. Collaborate with senior instructional designers and engage in professional learning activities including mentorship and skill-building workshops.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency with digital learning tools, data analysis capabilities, and strong communication abilities; experience with AI tools is a plus. Requires strong research and writing skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with four years of educational experience, preferably including leadership roles; master's degree is preferred.
Location: Remote - United States
Compensation: $55Kβ$75K/yr (estimated)
