Summary

Kaleidoscope ABA seeks a BCBA to provide direct supervision to behavior technicians, manage a small caseload, and collaborate with families on ABA treatment plans in a supportive hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise behavior technicians/RBTs, manage a small caseload of clients, conduct family consultations, review treatment data, and modify individualized treatment plans based on session analysis and team meetings.
Skills & Tools: BCBA certification required with knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, learning theories, and ethics; proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ABA software platforms; ability to engage physically with clients and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Qualifications: Master's Degree and verified BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required; minimum 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs in clinical settings.
Location: Hybrid in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, United States
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $65,000 – $85,000/year based on BCBA certification, location, and experience level, plus up to $6,000 annual incentive bonus.
