Summary

Join Scholastic as a Global Trade Specialist to manage incoming information requests from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting of data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and track incoming information requests from internal and external stakeholders, document them in master tracking files, identify appropriate contacts, and generate bi-weekly reports on request metrics. Handle priority/urgent requests, participate in status meetings, and contribute to process improvement discussions as a subject matter expert.
Skills & Tools: Detail-oriented and highly organized with proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Forms, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Teams), Oracle, and enterprise systems navigation. Strong communication skills and ability to manage urgent, detailed matters with multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications: Ability to navigate Oracle and other enterprise-specific systems following established procedures; experience with reporting and process improvement discussions preferred. Full-time temporary position requiring process-minded thinking and intrinsic motivation.
Location: Remote from New York, United States
Compensation: $25.00 – $30.00/hour
