Summary
The Student Success Network Manager will develop and implement a comprehensive mentoring network for students at City Year New Hampshire, supporting the 7-Year Promise initiative through strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance student success and social capital.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as a key partner to the Executive Director in developing and executing vision and strategy, managing meetings and coordinating staff engagement across multiple workstreams. Design and manage the Student Success Network including alumni and student engagement strategies, technology platform liaison, and pilot implementation with continuous learning integration.
Skills & Tools: Strong planning, project management, and communication abilities with experience in strategic program development and community engagement or youth programs. Comfortable with technology, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively across diverse stakeholder groups.
Qualifications: Preferred candidates will have experience in strategic program development, youth programs, or community engagement with demonstrated strong interpersonal skills. Experience managing complex projects and comfort with data management and technology platforms is beneficial.
Location: Hybrid in Manchester, New Hampshire, United States
Compensation: $50,000 β $70,000/year
