As Project Coordinator (Product Services), you'll be pivotal in designing and implementing transformational workflow systems that unite our Product Writing, Creative Content, Product Analytics, Community, and Product Localization teams into a cohesive powerhouse. You'll own the full coordination lifecycle: from project tracking through content delivery optimization. The successful candidate combines project management expertise with cross-functional acumen, a genuine passion for process excellence, and proven ability to accelerate team productivity from day one.
What You'll Do
Drive Operational Excellence: Design and facilitate high-impact coordination systems, unified tracking platforms, and workflow optimization initiatives that directly contribute to content delivery success and cross-team performance acceleration
Documentation & Presentation: Create compelling slide decks, comprehensive meeting notes, detailed action item tracking, and status updates that drive accountability and maintain project momentum
Master Cross-Functional Coordination: Conduct compelling workflow assessments, process optimizations, and practical handoff procedures that identify bottlenecks and create targeted improvement plans for content production teams
Champion Continuous Improvement: Analyze coordination effectiveness through data-driven insights, collaborating cross-functionally to innovate and optimize existing processes based on team needs and delivery feedback
Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as primary coordination contact, working closely with Product Writing, Creative Content, Analytics, Community, and Localization teams to align deliverables with organizational goals and product release dynamics
