Assist and support the Sales onboarding and continuing education programs.
- Partner cross-functionally. Work closely with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, and other stakeholders to identify performance gaps, deliver impactful training, and reinforce key behaviors that drive results.
- Drive impact. Measure success through sales team engagement, process consistency, and adoption of enablement initiatives that help reps sell more efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate and support. Serve as a trusted partner to Competitive Sales leadership, occasionally providing administrative support and coordination on occasional operational and project-based tasks.
