Summary
Kaleidoscope Education Solutions seeks a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide school-based therapy services in Glendale, AZ, enhancing student performance through individualized assessment and intervention plans.
Key Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate students' fine motor, sensory, and functional skills; develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs); collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff; provide direct and consultative services; and document progress in compliance with state and district guidelines.
Skills & Tools: Strong assessment capabilities, IEP development expertise, collaboration and communication skills, documentation proficiency, and knowledge of students' daily living and self-care skill development.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program, Arizona state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, and National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification required.
Location: Glendale, Arizona, United States (full school day hours, no travel required)
Compensation: $60,000 – $90,000/year
