About the Role
We are looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Manager with strong lead generation experience to join our EduKit team. EduKit helps ensure students are prepared for school by offering convenient and affordable back-to-school supply kits.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans to support the strategic growth of EduKit.
- Create and manage compelling sales and marketing materials including website content, emails, sales enablement tools, and other assets.
- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns, leveraging segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies to attract and convert school admins and parent group (PTO/PTA) leads.
- Manage and optimize HubSpot marketing activities—including email workflows, landing pages, and lead scoring—to improve performance and conversion rates.
- Analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other reporting tools to refine strategies and optimize results.
- Support and promote EduKit at events, including attending in-person conferences and contributing to presentation development and on-site marketing management.
- Manage marketing content on the EduKit website in HubSpot, ensuring content is relevant and optimized for conversion.
- Develop communication tools to support coordinator program engagement and drive sales.
- Manage social media strategy, including a private Facebook group for engaged parent group leaders as they promote their program.
- Stay current with marketing trends and proactively recommend new tactics or tools to drive continued growth.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in marketing management with a preferred focus on B2B or lead generation marketing.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience developing and executing lead generation and nurture campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms) including campaign creation, reporting, and workflow optimization.
- Ability to analyze marketing data (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) and make data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
- Experience with email strategy, social media strategy, and digital marketing.
- Self-starter who is highly organized, with excellent time and project management skills; experience using Asana or similar project management tools.
- Creative problem-solver with a passion for testing and optimizing new ideas.
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of parent-teacher organizations or prior experience in the K–12 education sector is a plus.
