Summary

Center Director in Training role at C2 Education focused on mastering center operations, educational leadership, and management skills to ensure student success and business objectives. This is a development position that prepares candidates for promotion to full Center Director.

Key Responsibilities: Shadow experienced directors to learn center operations including sales, marketing, and financial management; implement curriculum and teaching methodologies; manage staff scheduling and training; participate in marketing and enrollment activities; assist with administrative tasks and student progress tracking.
Skills & Tools: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks; sales and marketing proficiency; strong problem-solving and presentation abilities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher required; preferred experience with education management and passion for working with children; First Aid/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
Location: Hybrid in McKinney, Texas, United States; up to 25% travel to multiple centers required
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $45,000 โ€“ $65,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.
