Location: In-person work at the MasteryPrep home office in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Compensation: $60000 / Annually

MasteryPrep is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO and play a key role in optimizing our leadership team’s focus and impact. In this role, you will manage day-to-day administrative operations, facilitate critical communication, and serve as a reliable partner in planning, scheduling, and coordination.

This is not just a calendar management role—your work will directly support the pace and precision of our executive leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities will include:

Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule, and inbox with a high degree of autonomy and accuracy.
Prioritize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Serve as a trusted communication liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Support leadership team communication, including preparation of materials, agenda setting, and follow-up documentation.
Draft internal memos, executive summaries, and meeting notes with professionalism and clarity.
Help track high-level initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables across departments.
Support the CEO in preparing for speaking engagements, media appearances, and public events.
Anticipate needs and take initiative to resolve problems before they escalate.
Organize travel arrangements and itineraries.
Provide end-to-end support for meetings, on-site visits, and events.
Project management and presentation development, performing other ad hoc related duties as required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related discipline – or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or C-level leaders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment.
Experience in using AI tools is a plus.
Must be currently residing in the Baton Rouge, LA area and willing to work in-person at the MasteryPrep home office.
$60,000+ starting salary based on qualifications
