Summary
Lead a C2 Education center in Plano, TX as Center Director, responsible for overall operations, student enrollment, staff management, and ensuring center profitability while delivering high-quality educational services.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily center operations, develop enrollment strategies, manage staff performance and training, conduct student assessments, maintain parent communication, manage finances, and ensure adherence to curriculum standards and policies.
Skills & Tools: Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and financial management skills are essential, along with the ability to drive enrollment, manage budgets, and foster a positive learning environment.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of leadership experience with a proven track record of meeting enrollment targets and managing budgets; Bachelor's degree or higher required.
Location: Hybrid in Plano, Texas, United States
Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000/year
