Location: This position is based in the United States, with travel required as needed.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $120,000 - $180,000.

As Edmentum’s Careers Solutions Director, you’ll architect and execute bold strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and accelerate the adoption of our innovative Career Portfolio in emerging and high-growth markets. You’ll be at the forefront of transforming how students and educators connect with career pathways, leveraging insights and partnerships to make a lasting difference.
In this role you will:
- Champion Edmentum’s career solutions, owning ambitious sales targets and inspiring regional teams to exceed pipeline goals.
- Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to fuel growth through new product launches and market expansion.
- Lead the development and execution of cross-functional, national go-to-market strategies that position Edmentum as a leader in career-connected learning.
- Empower sales teams with cutting-edge enablement, training, and coaching, elevating product knowledge and market positioning.
- Analyze market trends in K–12 Career Connected Learning, delivering actionable intelligence and feedback across departments.
- Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor, representing Edmentum at webinars, conferences, and industry events.
- Drive innovation and adaptability, ensuring our solutions align with evolving customer needs and market dynamics.
Who You Are
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- You are an accomplished sales professional with 5+ years of success in K–12 education or SaaS, with a passion for Career Connected Learning.
- You have a proven track record influencing large-scale purchasing decisions and navigating complex sales cycles.
- You are skilled at building multi-level relationships within large school districts.
- You have exceptional presentation, communication, coaching, and management abilities.
- You thrive in matrixed sales environments and overlay roles, collaborating across functions.
- You connect solutions to student outcomes, educator impact, and district ROI.
- You demonstrate high integrity, ethics, and a commitment to Edmentum’s mission and values.
- You are willing to travel as needed to drive impact and build relationships.
- You have experience developing scalable sales playbooks and enablement programs.
- You possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
