VP of CRM & Marketing Technology at McGraw Hill leads the enterprise go-to-market technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration of Salesforce, marketing automation, and sales enablement platforms while delivering business outcomes through scalable solutions and high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities: Establish operating cadence with executive leaders to translate strategic objectives into integrated roadmaps and budgets; serve as executive Product Owner for Salesforce and MarTech stack governance, architecture, and integration; run agile delivery operations with product managers, engineers, and data teams to manage platform extensions, DevOps, compliance, and vendor relationships.
Skills & Tools: Strong executive leadership, strategic planning expertise in CRM and MarTech platforms, proficiency in agile SDLC and delivery management, and experience managing large technology teams; preferred expertise in education technology and Salesforce ecosystem.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; 15+ years of technology team management experience with significant expertise in Agile SDLC and go-to-market technologies.

Compensation: $193Kβ$280K/yr
