Summary
Center Director at C2 Education leading an educational tutoring and test prep center in Duluth, GA, responsible for driving student success, managing operations, and achieving enrollment and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily center operations, develop enrollment strategies, manage and develop staff, conduct student assessments, maintain parent communication, manage finances, and ensure adherence to educational standards and curriculum policies.
Skills & Tools: Leadership, communication, budget management, team management, relationship-building with students/parents/community, student assessment, scheduling optimization, and knowledge of educational trends and best practices.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role with proven success in team management and achieving enrollment targets; Bachelor's degree or higher required.
Location: Hybrid in Duluth, Georgia, United States (Medlock Bridge location); negligible travel required.
Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000/year
