Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Kaleidoscope ABA in Windsor, CT, providing direct supervision to behavioral technicians and managing a small caseload while delivering evidence-based ABA services to children with special needs.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise Behavioral Technicians/RBTs, manage a caseload, review and interpret session data, modify individualized treatment plans accordingly, and consult with families regarding treatment concerns and behavioral modifications.
Skills & Tools: BCBA certification, knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and learning theories, proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ABA software platforms, and ability to physically engage with children on the floor for extended periods.
Qualifications: Must be Board-Certified as a BCBA through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and have a minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs. Master's degree required with knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethics.

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $55,000 – $75,000/year based on BCBA title, 1+ years experience, and Connecticut location (excluding the mentioned $6,000 annual incentive bonus).
