Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Kaleidoscope ABA providing direct supervision to behavior technicians and managing a small caseload of children with special needs through applied behavior analysis in a hybrid/remote setting.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, regularly review session data and modify individualized treatment plans, and consult with families regarding treatment progress and behavior concerns.
Skills & Tools: BCBA certification, knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and learning theories, proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ABA software platforms, and ability to work with children on the floor including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications: Master's degree and minimum 1 year of professional experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs; must be certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Location: Hybrid/Remote in Springfield, Massachusetts, United States
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $75,000 – $95,000/year based on BCBA certification, hybrid flexibility, small caseload, and Springfield, MA market rates.
