The Product Content Psychologist applies doctoral-level psychological expertise to develop clinically grounded, scholarly content for PAR's assessment products and practitioner audience. This role serves as a subject matter expert and internal gatekeeper ensuring marketing materials meet clinical accuracy and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities: Interpret research, conduct statistical analyses, and write white papers, blog articles, case studies, and webinar content; develop product training and continuing education materials. Serve as the Product Department's liaison to Marketing, reviewing and approving marketing-generated materials for clinical accuracy, tone, and consistency while coordinating product launch timelines.
Skills & Tools: Expert knowledge of school, clinical, personality, and neuropsychological assessment; strong research interpretation and statistical analysis abilities; excellent academic and professional writing skills; cross-functional collaboration and marketing-product liaison experience.
Qualifications: Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in psychology required; significant practitioner experience in psychological assessment with broad understanding of multiple assessment domains.
Location: In-Person - Psychological Assessment - Lutz
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $75,000 – $105,000/year based on title, doctoral-level expertise, seniority, and location.

Job Description

Job Summary:
The Product Content Psychologist sits within the Product Department’s Content team and applies doctoral-level psychological expertise to the development of PAR’s scholarly and practitioner-facing content. Core responsibilities include interpreting research, conducting basic statistical analyses, and writing white papers, trend papers, blog articles, and case studies that are clinically grounded and accurate. The incumbent contributes to the PARtalks webinar program and develops product training and continuing education (CE) program content in support of PAR’s product development, training, CE, and market presence goals. Drawing on practitioner experience and a broad understanding of school, clinical, personality, and neuropsychological assessment, this role serves as a subject matter expert who represents practitioner needs across content initiatives. As the Content team’s liaison to Marketing, the incumbent functions as the internal Product gatekeeper for reviewing and approving marketing-generated materials for clinical accuracy, appropriate tone, and brand consistency, and coordinates directly with the Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing on Product-related needs for go-to-market plans, product launches, and campaign timelines. All content produced in this role is edited by the PAR Marketing Department.
