Role Snapshot
Visual Designer at Britebound (a national nonprofit focused on youth career readiness) responsible for creating engaging visual content across digital platforms. The role blends graphic design, multimedia creation, and visual storytelling to enhance brand identity and communicate the organization's mission to students.
Key Responsibilities: Develop high-quality graphics, icons, illustrations, and web visuals while maintaining brand consistency across digital products and platforms. Design motion graphics and animations, edit video assets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, UX, content, and marketing to create cohesive visual experiences.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG). Expertise in visual design, illustration, multimedia for digital interfaces, with excellent attention to detail and visual hierarchy.
Qualifications: 3–6 years of experience designing for digital products or interactive platforms with a strong portfolio. Bonus experience with educational platforms is preferred.
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Compensation: $77K–$100K/yr
