Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Lead who bridges technical and functional expertise to lead the full lifecycle of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, enhancement, and maintenance projects. This critical role ensures successful delivery of Financial and Supply Chain solutions while maintaining strong communication between technical teams and business users.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Oracle Fusion projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation support, serve as liaison between technical and finance teams, provide expertise across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing modules, and write detailed specifications for customizations and integrations. Troubleshoot issues, support month-end close processes, create training materials, guide quarterly patch testing, and manage Oracle support requests.
Skills & Tools: Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (Financial and Supply Chain domains), strong understanding of financial accounting and manufacturing processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bridge technical and functional gaps, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or related field with 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. Deep expertise required in Financial Accounting processes and hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing modules.

Job Title Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Lead Job Description Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Lead possess a strong blend of technical and functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, particularly in the Financial and Supply Chain domains. This role is critical in leading and supporting Oracle Fusion implementation, enhancement, and maintenance projects.

Primary Responsibilities: Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle Fusion projects, from requirements gathering and design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and finance users, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements. Provide functional and technical expertise in various Oracle Fusion modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing. Write detailed functional and technical specifications for customizations, extensions, and integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to Oracle Fusion applications. Assist finance teams with month-end close processes and provide ongoing support. Create and maintain training documents, videos, and other materials for end-users. Lead and guide teams in quarterly patch testing, ensuring smooth upgrades and minimal disruption. Work directly with Oracle product support to log and track service requests. Manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance or related field 8+ years’ experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, with a strong focus on the Financials and Supply Chain domains. Deep understanding of Financial Accounting, Accounting Processes, and Manufacturing Processes.

Expertise in the following Oracle Fusion modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to write clear and concise functional and technical specifications. Experience in creating and delivering end-user training. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Self-motivated and proactive, Ability to work independently proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges.

Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Fusion Cloud certification(s). Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Experience in a manufacturing industry is a plus. The salary range for the Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Lead role is currently between $155,000 and $165,000, and the amount that is offered is based on the candidate's skills, experience, and education, among other factors determined by the business.
