Summary

Full-time onsite Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) role in Lodi, California for the 2025/26 school year, delivering evidence-based speech therapy services to K-12 students using innovative tech-enabled tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Provide face-to-face therapeutic services to school-aged children, conduct evaluations and SOAP notes, participate in IEP meetings, serve as case manager, and prepare progress reports while leveraging proprietary digital tools to support clinical care.
Skills & Tools: Active California SLP license with ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency, proficiency with various technology platforms, experience in school-based or pediatric therapy delivery, strong documentation and communication abilities.
Qualifications: Hold an active unrestricted California SLP license in good standing with current ASHA CCCs, experience conducting therapy in school settings or with pediatric populations, and commitment to 37.5 hours per week as a full-time US resident.

Compensation: $60 – $65/hour with opportunity to earn up to $250 monthly incentive (up to $3,000 per year) for 60+ hours worked per pay period, totaling approximately $124,800 – $135,000/year at full-time hours plus potential incentives

Currently hiring for full-time, Onsite Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Lodi, CA for the 25/26 school year!

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Able to commit to 37.5 hours per week 
  • Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid SLP license in California, in good standing 
  • Hold CCCs: Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency
  • Full-time resident of the United States
  • Due to the nature of this role, consistent and reliable transportation is essential to ensure punctual and dependable attendance
  • Experience conducting therapy in a school setting, or with the pediatric population
  • Experience and comfortability with the use of various types of technology
  • Follow Huddle Up documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes
  • Participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator
  • Prepare progress reports as requested by the school and complete medicaid billing if necessary

The on-target earnings for this role are $60-$65 an hour, as a W2 employee. Exact compensation will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications. This position also includes an opportunity to earn up to a $250 (up to $3,000 per year) monthly incentive for providers who work 60 hours or more in a pay period (approximately every 2 weeks) and meet other eligibility criteria. Exact hourly rate will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.
