Compensation: $160000 - $180000 / Annually

As a Senior Field Solution Architect in our Digital Workspace practice, you’ll enjoy the power, training opportunity and expertise to dive deeper into the M365 stack. We will look to you utilize creative thinking along with your broad technical knowledge in M365, Cloud and Collaboration to deliver industry leading solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee proposal, Statement of Work and Bill of Material creation process in conjunction with key stakeholders across the business
- Participate in, in-depth architectural discussions to ensure customer success by understanding business outcomes and translating them into technical requirements
- Collaborate directly with the sales team to design solutions for customers using the best mix of vendor-partner products and solutions
- Create and execute engaging sales presentations to prospective and current customers
- Assist in the creation of new offerings for our Digital Workspace practice
- Manage all technical aspects of the sale during the sales cycle
- Follow industry technology trends and share that knowledge with current and prospective customers
What you need to succeed:
Must-have:
- 8+ years in an IT consulting or senior IT operations role
- Deep technical experience with M365
- Experience in collaborating directly with customers along with a proven track record of technical leadership and accomplishments
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with customers, coworkers, management and executives
- Eager to take on new tasks/responsibilities and passion for customer experience, operational excellence and continuous development
Nice-to-have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Skills and experience with the following technologies: M365, Device Management technologies and Copilot/AI
- Ability to obtain and maintain relevant industry standard certifications

Each of our roles is assigned a salary range that is informed by multiple sources of market data. We determine individual pay within a given range based on a candidate's prior experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. This approach allows us to offer competitive and equitable salaries that reflect the value and responsibilities of each role at CDW. Salaries are based on a 40-hour workweek, and paid on a bi-weekly payroll schedule.
Pay range: $ 160,000 - $ 180,000, depending on experience and skill set
