Summary
Join 3P Learning as an Account Manager to manage school licenses in the Automated Accounts segment, driving renewal and upsell initiatives while building strong relationships with K-12 educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities: Proactively engage schools before renewal dates to discuss subscriptions, usage, and upsell opportunities; maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce; collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and product adoption.
Skills & Tools: 2+ years in Sales Support or Customer Success with proficiency in CRM tools (especially Salesforce); exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to train educators and resolve issues effectively.
Qualifications: Preferred experience in Education, Technology, or SaaS industries; clear understanding of K-12 educator needs and challenges; client-centric mindset with strong organizational and detail-oriented capabilities.
Location: Hybrid in Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Compensation: CA$50,000 – CA$70,000/year
