Summary
Sr. Director, Finance Operations to lead and optimize Macmillan's Order-to-Cash function, driving transformation initiatives, process excellence, and compliance in the U.S. Trade business.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as process owner for Accounts Receivable and Credit & Collections, developing strategic roadmaps and driving process governance. Lead finance transformation initiatives focused on automation, system optimization, and continuous improvement while managing distributed teams and cross-functional partnerships.
Skills & Tools: Deep expertise in Order-to-Cash processes, finance transformation initiatives, financial systems optimization, internal controls, and compliance. Exceptional strategic thinking, stakeholder management, analytical mindset, and strong communication abilities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required; MBA preferred. 10+ years of finance operations experience with demonstrated expertise in financial systems optimization and managing distributed teams, preferably in publishing or media.
Location: Hybrid in New York, New York, United States
Compensation: $165,000 – $175,000/year
