Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field with 3+ years of experience managing web/digital projects in marketing, web production, or marketing operations. Must have hands-on experience with project management software and AGILE methodology in a deadline-driven environment.

The Project Manager for Web Marketing is responsible for the successful delivery of Kaplan’s web projects and products. The role requires expertise in project management and resource allocation. Overall project health will be essential in ensuring Kaplan’s initiatives launch on time and meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate will leverage a proven working knowledge of web architecture, release cycles, AB testing structures, SEO fundamentals, and developer workflows within Asana, Kaplan’s project management system. Primary Responsibilities Drive web projects to successful completion, meeting deadlines and exceeding quality expectations Plan and allocate resources effectively, creating realistic timelines and assigning tasks to team members within Asana Utilize Asana and Jira to optimize project management processes, improve efficiency, and enhance team collaboration Lead project meetings, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and fostering a collaborative environment to address challenges and mitigate risks Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, adjusting project scope or timelines as needed to ensure successful outcomes Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing to gather requirements and flag the corresponding technical needs for the web team to implement, while maintaining documentation within Asana. Partner subject matter experts to ensure seamless project execution, using Asana as a central hub for communication and collaboration Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing transparent updates and addressing concerns promptly Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field 3+ years of experience managing delivery of web/digital projects, working in marketing, web production, marketing technology, or marketing operations related functions Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana), including backlog management support, sprint setup and cross-platform task tracking. Experience working within AGILE methodology Working knowledge of AI tools that aid in project management, such as scheduling, communication, and reporting Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to identify risks and provide solutions Positive attitude and deadline-driven Ability to work in a remote, independent environment Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience navigating content management systems (CMS), design tools (e.g. Figma) and user acceptance testing tools (usersnap, proofpoint etc) to review web assets and facilitate developer and stakeholder handoffs. For full-time positions, Kaplan has three salary grades.

This position is Salary Grade A: $31,200 to $78,647. The specific compensation offered will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, and market data.
