Join Handshake as a Telemarketer AI Trainer to evaluate and improve AI models by leveraging your professional expertise in sales, customer service, or market research. Contribute to cutting-edge AI research through prompt development and structured feedback without requiring prior AI experience.
Key Responsibilities: Develop prompts for AI models based on your field expertise, evaluate model responses, and provide structured feedback to improve AI understanding of workplace tasks and language. Work independently on asynchronous projects reviewing AI-generated content related to telemarketing and sales.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and evaluation skills with ability to work independently and assess content related to workplace tasks and language. Ability to provide clear, structured feedback and develop contextually relevant prompts for AI systems.
Qualifications: At least 4 years of professional experience in sales, customer service, market research, or telemarketing with direct responsibilities such as client contact, sales presentations, customer surveys, or account management. Ability to participate in asynchronous remote work with leading AI labs.
Location: Remote from San Francisco, California, United States
Compensation: $50/hour
