Summary

Handshake is seeking Electronics Engineers to serve as AI Trainers on a contract basis, evaluating and enhancing AI models related to electronics engineering without requiring prior AI experience. This remote, flexible role allows engineers to leverage their expertise to improve AI understanding of their field.

Key Responsibilities: Develop AI prompts and evaluate model responses based on professional electronics engineering experience, working independently and asynchronously. Deliver structured feedback to strengthen the AI model's understanding of workplace tasks and industry-specific language.

Skills & Tools: At least 4 years of professional experience in electronics engineering including design, development, and software operation for engineering tasks. Ability to work asynchronously and provide clear technical feedback on AI-generated content.

Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in electronics engineering with practical experience designing electronic systems, operating specialized software, and providing technical support. Eligibility to work in the U.S. and ability to participate in asynchronous work with AI labs.

Location: Remote from anywhere in the United States

Compensation: $120/hour
