Summary

Temporary part-time Sales Support position at BibliU's North Las Vegas campus store, supporting customer service and order fulfillment during peak periods. The role contributes to creating an organized, customer-focused retail environment for textbooks and educational materials.

Key Responsibilities: Engage customers on the sales floor, maintain store displays, manage textbook inventory and merchandising, process customer orders, handle shipping and receiving operations including receiving merchandise, organizing back-stock, and preparing outgoing shipments. Support customers through in-person, phone, and email channels.
Skills & Tools: Retail or customer service experience preferred; ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment; strong attention to detail; team-oriented mindset; capacity to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.
Qualifications: Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required. Reliable, dependable individuals with good attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a busy retail environment are encouraged to apply.
Location: Hybrid in North Las Vegas, Nevada, United States (College of Southern Nevada, 3200 E Cheyenne Ave, North Las Vegas, Nevada 89030-4228)
Compensation: $12.50/hour (20 hours per week)
