Role Snapshot
Part-time contractor role leading professional development sessions for educators implementing CommonLit 360 curriculum. Ideal for experienced teacher leaders and instructional coaches passionate about adult learning and literacy outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Lead on-site and virtual professional development training sessions for school and district partners, prepare training materials, and collaborate with internal teams to support CommonLit 360 implementation. Provide curriculum implementation support, problem-solving, and follow-up coaching for educators.
Skills & Tools: Strong expertise in ELA instruction, adult learning principles, and professional development facilitation. Must demonstrate effective communication with educators and school leaders, collaborative problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with CommonLit products.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in ELA teaching, coaching, or school leadership with proven success in leading professional development. Required familiarity with CommonLit products, particularly CommonLit 360, either through teaching or supporting implementation.
Location: United States
Compensation: $35–$700/hr
