Role Snapshot
ELB Learning seeks two dynamic Workshop Facilitators to deliver engaging 1-hour in-person workshops for marketing professionals at a fall event in Connecticut, NYC, or New Jersey. Facilitators will bring pre-developed content to life while creating an interactive, inclusive learning experience for busy marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver a 1-hour in-person workshop using provided Facilitator Guide, PowerPoint, and materials to lead participant discussions, breakout activities, and practical exercises. Create a welcoming, interactive environment that fosters engagement and real-time learning for marketing professionals.
Skills & Tools: High-energy facilitation style with ability to create momentum and engagement; experience in or close partnership with marketing teams; skilled at drawing diverse voices and making participants feel valued. Track record of leading professional workshops, team training, or group learning sessions for adult audiences.
Qualifications: Documented track record of leading professional workshops and team training with marketing teams or similar groups. Reliable, organized approach with ability to represent the organization with confidence and high standards.
Location: Connecticut, New Jersey
Compensation: $60–$120/hr
