Role Snapshot

The Director of Operations Learning Enablement leads the strategy for high-impact, user-centered learning solutions within College Board's Operations Division, bridging product design, systems implementation, and operational process delivery. This role optimizes learning processes, establishes governance standards, and ensures training initiatives align with business goals while fostering engagement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize end-to-end learning delivery processes, develop standardized workflows and documentation, and lead initiatives to improve usability and accessibility of learning experiences. Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Program partners to design governance policies, oversee content lifecycle management, and convert complex processes into learner-ready assets.
Skills & Tools: Strategic process facilitation, process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and proficiency with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Articulate 360, and learning management systems. Strong collaboration and communication skills required to work effectively across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in learning operations, project management, or related field with demonstrated expertise in learning management systems and project management tools. Strong collaboration skills, strategic thinking, and ability to build stakeholder buy-in for learning-centered initiatives.
Location: New York
Compensation: $80Kโ€“$135K/yr
