Summary
Navigate360 is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead technological strategy and execution for school and workplace safety solutions from their Tampa, Florida office. This executive role will guide the company's technology vision, drive AI and cloud innovations, and oversee integration of acquired companies.
Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the technology roadmap, lead software development and infrastructure teams, ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards, and drive innovation in AI, analytics, and cloud solutions. Collaborate with executive leadership and investors on technology strategy while managing vendor relationships and technology budgets.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in cloud architecture (AWS), cybersecurity, enterprise software development, and large-scale data platforms (Databricks, Delta Lake). Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and deep understanding of compliance frameworks (FERPA, CJIS, FedRAMP, HIPAA, SOC 2).
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of technology leadership experience, preferably in SaaS or Gov/EdTech sectors. Proven track record in cloud architecture, cybersecurity, AI/ML applications, and demonstrated experience in Private Equity-backed environments.
Location: Tampa, Florida
Compensation: $165K–$250K/yr
