Summary

Join Amii as a Marketing/Revenue Operations Coordinator to enhance operational efficiency within the revenue team by coordinating meetings, managing CRM data, and supporting event execution. This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and is essential to enabling revenue and marketing success through seamless initiative execution and cross-team coordination.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate meetings, calendars, and action tracking; provide administrative support including travel bookings and expense reconciliation; maintain accurate CRM and marketing data; and support planning and execution of revenue-generating events and campaigns with budget tracking and reporting.
Skills & Tools: 1-3 years of experience in operations or marketing support with familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and AI tools. Strong organizational abilities, communication skills, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and dashboard creation.
Qualifications: Preferred degree in business, marketing, or finance with 1-3 years of experience in administration or operations support. Experience in fast-paced environments is advantageous.
Location: Hybrid in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
Compensation: CA$45,000 – CA$65,000/year
