Summary

Director of Field Engineering at Pansophic Learning leads a team of field engineers and managers to deliver optimal IT support experiences for end users. The role focuses on overseeing operations, optimizing processes, and fostering strategic vendor partnerships while driving service excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day field engineering operations, develop and monitor KPIs, optimize team efficiencies, and create documentation and procedures for on-site installation, testing, and maintenance. Manage vendor relationships, conduct business reviews, serve as escalation point for complex incidents, and lead, coach, and mentor internal managers and employees.

Skills & Tools: Experience in IT management, critical thinking, strong organizational and communication abilities, and capacity to analyze and optimize processes. Leadership abilities, experience working with senior executives, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and third-party solution providers are essential.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IT management. Strong organizational skills, collaborative mindset, and demonstrated leadership experience with excellent communication capabilities.

Location: Hybrid in Parma, Ohio, United States

Compensation: $150,000 – $170,000/year
