Role Snapshot
The Senior Professional Services Manager oversees service engagements within assigned segments and regions, driving revenue growth through client relationship management and strategic service delivery. This role is critical for building long-term client partnerships and ensuring services are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, leading end-to-end professional services engagements, mentoring service delivery teams, and designing tailored service solutions. The role also involves managing key accounts, identifying upsell opportunities, tracking profitability, and collaborating with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include consultative sales experience, strong project management abilities, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities, and experience managing enterprise-level projects. The candidate should also possess analytical skills to identify market trends and recommend innovative service offerings.
Qualifications: Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 7-11 years in consultative services sales, preferably with Fortune 500 clients. PMP and sales accreditations are preferred qualifications.

Compensation: $151Kโ$277K/yr
