Summary
Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct supervision, manage caseloads, and deliver behavioral intervention services to children and adults with special needs in Philadelphia with flexible work options.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct supervision to behavior technicians, manage and supervise caseloads, regularly review session data and modify individualized treatment plans, and consult with families regarding treatment concerns and behavior modification strategies.
Skills & Tools: BCBA certification, knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and learning theories, proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ABA software platforms, and ability to physically engage with clients including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications: Master's degree required with BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and minimum 1 year of direct experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs.
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States (19142) with potential home-based work options available
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $65,000 – $85,000/year based on BCBA certification, Master's degree requirement, and Philadelphia market rates.
