Summary

Sales Support position at BibliU's campus store in Miami Shores, supporting retail operations and order fulfillment during peak times. The role focuses on creating a customer-focused environment while managing cash register, inventory, and shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities: Operating cash register, engaging with customers on the sales floor, maintaining store displays, and assisting with textbook handling and shipping/receiving. Additional duties include inventory counts, order fulfillment, processing shipments and returns, and reporting customer feedback to supervisors.
Skills & Tools: Retail or customer service experience preferred; ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, teamwork, and customer service orientation. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.
Qualifications: Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required. No specific formal qualifications mandated.
Location: Hybrid in Miami Shores, Florida, United States (Barry University, 11300 N Miami Ave, Miami Shores, FL 33168)
Compensation: $15.00 – $20.00/hour (25-29 hours per week, part-time)
