Senior Instructional Designer responsible for analyzing training needs, developing comprehensive training programs, and implementing learning solutions aligned with business initiatives at Molina Healthcare. This role impacts organizational capability by designing effective training across multiple delivery formats and measuring program effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities: Conducts needs assessments and job-task analysis to identify learning objectives; designs and develops training programs in multiple formats (classroom, online, blended); collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create course content; and evaluates training effectiveness through assessments and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency with course development software (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia); expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies; strong technical writing ability for training materials and scripts; and experience with Learning Management Systems and multi-media content development.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in training, education, development, or instructional design; demonstrated expertise with course authoring tools and e-Learning development. Master's degree preferred along with hands-on LMS software experience.
Location: In-Person - Rio Rancho, NM
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $65,000 – $85,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.
