Key Responsibilities: Develop, train, and evaluate AI agents for workforce solutions while collaborating on product development and knowledge transfer activities with cross-functional teams including ML researchers, engineers, and product managers.
Skills & Tools: Strong expertise in machine learning with focus on sequential decision-making and reinforcement learning, Python proficiency, and familiarity with ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow; adaptability, curiosity, and collaborative communication abilities.
Qualifications: Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field with research experience in machine learning and large language models; demonstrated background as an RL/ML researcher or engineer.
