Role Snapshot

Lead go-to-market strategy for MasterClass's new products while shaping overall product narrative and positioning. Drive growth through audience segmentation and cross-functional collaboration to ensure offerings resonate and scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Own GTM strategy and post-launch growth for MasterClass Certificates and advanced education products, defining audience segments and driving portfolio-level positioning. Partner with Paid Marketing on targeting and messaging while synthesizing customer feedback and competitive intelligence to influence roadmap decisions.
Skills & Tools: 8+ years in product marketing with strong strategic thinking and high-velocity execution capabilities. Deep fluency in paid marketing, performance storytelling, competitive analysis, and cross-functional influence without authority.
Qualifications: Proven track record launching and scaling consumer-facing products in subscription or digital media contexts. Demonstrated ability to operate with extreme ownership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Location: California
Compensation: $140K–$170K/yr
