Principal Consultant leading the strategic design and delivery of an online training program for Financial Advisors at a Fortune 500 investment firm. This high-visibility role involves shaping learning vision, guiding cross-functional teams, and driving executive-level alignment to impact thousands of advisors.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee strategic design and delivery of the online training program, represent the project in senior-level client meetings, and advise on learning strategy and business impact. Manage cross-functional collaboration between creative, learning design, and technology teams while ensuring on-time delivery and measurable outcomes.
Skills & Tools: Strategic thinking, executive-level communication, and presentation expertise with strong understanding of learning and performance enablement initiatives. Financial Services knowledge, particularly advisor enablement and online learning design experience preferred.
Qualifications: 10+ years of management consulting experience at Principal level or higher, with MBA preferred. Strong background in Financial Services advisor enablement and proven experience in online learning design.

Compensation: $150K–$220K/yr
