Summary
Join Committee for Children as a BI Data Analyst to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights that drive decision-making and support client success, impacting the well-being of children globally. This role combines data analysis with collaborative work across cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain datasets, data models, and visualizations; write and optimize SQL queries; design interactive Power BI reports and dashboards; ensure data quality and integrity; and perform root cause analysis to support business decisions across departments.
Skills & Tools: Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Microsoft Fabric; expertise in data warehousing, ETL processes, and dimensional modeling (star schema, snowflake schema); strong analytical and communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with relational databases and business analysis; 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI; demonstrated ability to develop data warehouse designs and work with various data sources.
Location: Remote (eligible to work from AZ, CA, CO, and other states); occasional travel to Seattle office required 1-4 times per year.
Compensation: $110,000 – $125,000/year
