Role Snapshot
IT Delivery Lead responsible for guiding technical diversification initiatives and delivering innovative systems for public service agencies, with an initial focus on an AI-powered workforce onboarding platform for State Health and Human Services agencies.
Key Responsibilities: Balance hands-on delivery leadership, project management, and individual contributor activities including coding and testing; own day-to-day delivery execution for cross-functional scrum teams, manage delivery plans, and coordinate stakeholder communication while ensuring timely project delivery.
Skills & Tools: Strong project management and delivery leadership skills with solid understanding of agile and scrum practices; technical fluency in software development, effective communication, and ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience with a minimum of 5 years in software delivery roles including hands-on technical contributions.
Location: Lincoln, Nebraska
Compensation: $80K–$177K/yr
