Summary
Lead the onboarding and adoption of Amira Learning's AI-driven literacy platform across West Coast school districts. Drive educator training and student outcome improvements through effective implementation and best practice consultation.
Skills & Tools: Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills with ability to analyze data for actionable insights. Deep empathy for educators' challenges and expertise in translating product features into pedagogical value.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in customer success, implementation, professional development, or K-12 education roles (e.g., Instructional Coach, Principal). Experience with Education SaaS software implementations and delivering adult professional development preferred.
Location: Hybrid across West Coast (California, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, Alaska); 50% travel required
