Summary
Senior Project Manager role at Ellucian leading complex SaaS implementations in higher education. Position focuses on delivering projects on-time, on-budget, and in-scope while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple high-visibility projects through all phases of Ellucian's Implementation Methodology, from initiation through delivery and close. Apply project management disciplines including quality, risk, resource, and change management while communicating plans, milestones, and constraints to stakeholders.
Skills & Tools: Strong experience in SaaS implementation, project management in matrix environments, and customer satisfaction management. Requires ability to mentor team members, anticipate risks, lead proactive solutions, and balance technical and functional expertise.
Qualifications: Project management experience with preferred certifications in PMP or Agile methodologies. Higher education industry experience is a plus.
Location: United States
Compensation: $90K–$130K/yr
