Role Snapshot
The Data Quality and Operations Associate ensures data integrity across Salesforce and related systems to support ANet's educational partnerships and improve operational efficiency. This role reports to the Deputy Chief of Staff, Implementation Success, and is critical to enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain data hygiene across Salesforce, Retool, Tableau, and HubSpot by conducting regular quality checks and updates; build reports and dashboards that provide visibility into client lead data and risk management insights. Support partnership operations including invoicing, proposals, and special projects while proactively identifying opportunities to improve data use and visibility.
Skills & Tools: Strong written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking and data orientation, and proficiency with Salesforce CRM systems. Experience with Tableau, Retool, or HubSpot is preferred, along with the ability to approach tasks with curiosity and attention to detail.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in data quality, project management, or related fields. A willingness to enhance data tool expertise and demonstrated ability to manage multiple operational tasks are important.

Compensation: $21–$26/hr
