Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, statistics, or related field with demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting; experience in higher education or institutional research preferred.

Institutional Research, Analytics and Decision Support (!RADS) is seeking a dedicated analyst to support Enrollment Management (EM). This position will be the primary point of contact for data needs for EM departments and will provide enrollment planning and implementation information, strategic analytics and decision support as well reporting and data support in conjunction with IRADS colleagues.
Student Success will, from the time of early college outreach to graduation and beyond, support students in living a life of meaning and purpose. From a student-centered framework, our practice will be grounded in peer-reviewed literature, national best practices, and data-informed decision-making. Collaborating with the campus and community, Student Success will work through a holistic lens to support a community of learners in achieving success.
