Summary
Senior Analytics Engineer at BetterUp responsible for architecting and maintaining data products that drive key business decisions in a dynamic startup environment. This role is crucial to the company's data strategy and involves building self-service business intelligence at scale.
Skills & Tools: Advanced SQL proficiency with 5+ years of experience in Snowflake or similar databases, expertise with dbt and Looker, and strong software engineering principles including testing, version control, and CI/CD. Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced startup environments with excellent collaboration and mentorship skills.
Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in data engineering or analytics engineering with demonstrated track record of successfully driving projects and working with data teams. Knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, modern business intelligence tools, and data security/privacy regulations required.
Location: Hybrid in Austin, Texas, United States
Compensation: $158,000 – $217,000 / annually
