Summary
Senior Data Analytics & Insights Manager responsible for driving data-driven decision making across the Go-To-Market organization at Pluralsight. This role focuses on translating complex data into actionable insights that optimize GTM strategies and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain analytics frameworks, dashboards, and reporting systems to monitor GTM performance metrics. Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify data opportunities and deliver insights that drive strategic initiatives.
Skills & Tools: Advanced proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar), and statistical analysis. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities with expertise in translating technical findings into business recommendations.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or GTM analytics roles with demonstrated impact on revenue or efficiency. Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, business analytics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
