Role Snapshot
Podium Education seeks a Salesforce Administrator to support RevOps teams by configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional technical partners. This role contributes to building scalable technical solutions that support the organization's mission of delivering career-ready education at scale.
Key Responsibilities: Configure, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions to meet business needs; troubleshoot issues, manage environments, and support daily operations. Collaborate with developers and technical partners, participate in iterative planning, and contribute to documentation and design discussions that improve solution quality.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include Salesforce configuration proficiency, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective verbal and written communication, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred skills include Lightning Salesforce experience, customer experience automation knowledge, and familiarity with marketing tools like Iterable, Twilio, and telephony systems like Intercom.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent education/experience including Salesforce Trailhead Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator. Preferred qualifications include experience with Lightning Salesforce, building customer experience workflows from Lead through enrollment, and building Flows.

Compensation: $80Kβ$110K/yr
