Summary

Demand Generation Analyst role at Achievement Network (ANet), a nonprofit focused on educational assessments, responsible for building systems and executing campaigns that fuel top-of-funnel growth. This hands-on position reports to the VP of Marketing and focuses on lead generation, nurture strategies, and campaign optimization.

Skills & Tools: 3+ years of demand generation, growth marketing, or digital campaign execution experience with proven expertise in multi-channel campaigns and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred). Strong analytical and optimization skills, familiarity with paid media platforms, and knowledge of lead scoring and account-based marketing (ABM) tactics.
Qualifications: 3+ years of relevant marketing experience in demand generation or growth marketing; preferred experience in K-12 education or edtech sector. Hands-on proficiency with marketing automation tools and demonstrated ability to manage complex campaign workflows and funnel optimization.
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Compensation: $66K–$98K/yr
